55 North, the company the publishes On-Trade Scotland under licence from William Reed Business Media, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Kevin Scott as the new editor of the magazine.

Kevin's appointment is with immediate effect and he already has an issue under his belt.

Kevin is known to many in the drinks industry, albeit on the off-trade side of the business from his days as Assistant Editor at Scottish Grocer magazine.

He has worked as a journalist in both Scotland and London and brings with him a wealth of experience.

55 North publishing director Antony Begley commented: "I'm delighted that Kevin has accepted our invitation to take up this key role. It's an extremely important appointment for the company and for the magazine and it comes at a critical time in the magazine's growth.
