The date for this year's SLR Awards, a highlight of the industry calendar, has been officially confirmed as Thursday June 19.

The venue once more will be the spectacular Stirling Castle and interest is already excpetionally high with the majority of major sponsors having already signed up for 2008.

Official entry forms for the Awards will be distributed in forthcoming issues of SLR - so make sure you take the time to enter, and you could be following in the footsteps of the current Scottish Local Retailer of the Year, Greenock's Billy Kay.
