The Scottish Local Retailer Awards were held at the Radisson Hotel in Glasgow last month with Walter Bryson named Scottish Local Retailer of the Year. Walter's store, David Bryson & Son, in Prestwick, is the first forecourt to win the prestigous award.
After a huge number of entries and a two-month judging process the winners were all revealed on the night, including special awards for Umar Sher and Harpreet Rai(who jointly won Up & Coming Retailer) and David Mitchell and Gerry Haughey (who jointly won Store Manager of the Year).
