Scottish Local Retailer editor and publishing director Antony Begley has been crowned Business & Professional Editor of the Year at this year's Scottish Magazine Awards.

Held recently in Edinburgh's Our Dynamic Earth venue, the Awards are the most prestigious in the Scottish publishing industry and the accolade is a fantastic achievement for Antony and the team at SLR.

Antony received his award from host and TV personality Carol Smillie.

As a previous winner of the Business & Professional Magazine of the Year Award, SLR has a great track record in these awards.

The magazine has also been shortlisted on many occasions in the past,and the great news is that this year was no different.
